is dedicated to developing and maintaining a workforce which provides
quality service to our resident base and business partners. Employment
candidates are subjected to a pre-employment screening process which
involves a series of background checks, including but not limited to
criminal history checks, previous employment reference checks, credit
history checks, and drivers license checks (if necessary).
The
employment process for positions involving technical skill and knowledge
may also require a pre-employment skills test. Examples of positions
which generally require skills testing are residential maintenance,
property management, carpentry, and accounting. |
