National
Properties, Inc.offers a generous employee benefit package to all full-time
employees.
Part-time employees are eligible to participate in some of the plans
offered, so long as the established work schedule meets the minimum
service requirements. Our goal is to provide our workforce with low
cost/high reward programs. The following benefit programs are
offered:
Group Medical
Low cost medical and prescription drug coverage is offered, and employees
may elect either single of family coverage. The insurance is structured
as a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), and is designed to offer
employees a wide degree of flexibility in the selection of medical providers.
Participation requires minimal weekly contributions, and annual deductibles
apply based on the coverage election.
Retirement Plan
Our employees receive a tremendous benefit through Profit Sharing/Retirement
Plan. Unlike a 401(k) plan which requires employees to use their
own income to save for retirement, the NPI plan is entirely
employer funded. Employees which meet the enrollment
and participation requirements receive an annual contribution to their
retirement account at no cost!
Short Term Disability
The group short term disability plan provides income
replacement in the event that an employee becomes sick or injured off
the job. The costs of this program are also currently paid by
the employer.
Vacation, Holidays, Sick/Personal Time
Paid vacation is offered to all full-time and most part-time
employees, including those in their first year of employment.
Paid holidays are also offered, and the Company observes all National
holidays. Employees are provided with an annual allotment of sick/personal
time which is paid for approved absences.
Life Insurance
A life insurance policy is offered which is equal to
one times an employee’s annual salary (up to $50,000). All
costs for this program are currently paid by the employer.Additional
benefits such as company vehicles, annual bonuses and company events
are also offered but may vary depending on position and employment status. |
